TelyCom: Communications Control Center
Its distributed architecture is focused around a cluster of communication servers with gateways to infrastructure: TETRA (Terrestrial Trunking Radio), PMR (Private Mobile Radio), PBX-Landline Telephony- (Private Branching Exchange), GPRS / UMTS – Phones mobile and ISP’s (Internet Service Providers).
Voice and data services provided by these networks act as inputs of a virtual switch matrix (front-end of communications) such as audio recordings of conversations (VoIP) and electronic data messaging (SDS / SMS). The back-end of the array is the communication agents or clients that interact remotely via GUI as follows:
- Radio over Internet Protocol (RoIP)
- Telephony – Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP)
- Recordings and reproductions (VoIP)
Technological models based on customers Desktop (. Net) are directed towards new services as a web-application hosted in the cloud to provide full mobility communication agents, compared to traditional centralized PC models.
The web applications are developed, using JSP, JSTL, Servlets, Java, Tomcat and PostGreSQL, their licenses allow them to be used and interact with other applications.
